Dr. Pancio is a fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon who specializes in disorders of the shoulder, hip, knee, ankle and all sports related injuries. He focuses on restoring damaged joints, ligaments, tendons, and bones. From weekend warriors to high level athletes, Dr. Pancio provides personalized care to treat all patients.
A native of Western New York, Dr. Pancio received his undergraduate and medical school degree from the University of Buffalo, in Buffalo, NY and performed his orthopedic residency training at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN; one of the oldest and most prestigious orthopedic residency programs in the country. Dr. Pancio translates the values that he learned while at the Mayo Clinic to care for his patients here at Bone & Joint Specialist of Winchester.
Dr. Pancio earned additional training in sports medicine at Barton Hospital in Lake Tahoe, CA. As a resident and fellow, he participated in the care of the Minnesota Twins, Minnesota Timberwolves, Minnesota Lynx, and the U.S. Men’s Alpine Ski Team.
Dr. Pancio and his wife have two children. He is happily married to Dr. Brooke Pancio who practices Family Medicine at Selma Medical Associates in Winchester. Dr. Pancio prides himself on being a family man and is an avid outdoorsman. He enjoys skiing, golf, cycling, fishing, and playing with his two dogs; Malleus and Chesney. Dr Pancio has several family members who reside in the Winchester area and he is a passionate fan of the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres.
